In addition to being visible to all Realtors, your property will be advertised through other outlets such as www.Realtor.com, www.Rentworx.com, www.Florida-HomesForYou.com, and other online rental sites to ensure maximum exposure for different segments.

We obtain a detailed application so that we can do a credit check, verify rental references, do a criminal background check, and verify employment. Then we utilize our extensive experience to determine if this is the right candidate and recommend approval or denial. We expect the Tenants to take care of the property and pay the rent timely which sets the stage for a great rental term. By doing a written walk-thru and video recording we demonstrate to the Tenant that we care about the property and intend to protect the interests of the owner.
